Membership is open to:

1-General Members: - American Companies with branches, agents or representative offices in Lebanon. - Lebanese Companies with American equity. - Lebanese Companies or Individuals who have significant business relationships with United States or are representatives of US controlled firms. - United States Citizens who are residing in Lebanon and have significant business relationships with United States or Lebanon. 2-Honorary Members: - Membership in this category shall be limited to selected distinguished persons who are invited by the board of Directors to be honorary members. His Excellency American Ambassador to Lebanon, H.E. Deputy Chief of Mission and H.E.
